Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Request

Participants who wish to cancel their registration must submit a cancellation request through the official communication channel provided by Mirpur Chaturmas. The request should include:

  • Full Name

  • Registered Phone Number

  • Registration Details

Cancellation will be considered effective only upon confirmation from the organisation.

2. Cancellation Deadline

  • Cancellations made on or before 31 May 2026 will be eligible for a refund as per the Refund Policy.

  • Cancellations made after 31 May 2026 will not be eligible for any refund.

3. Non-Refundable Category

Registration fees for Chaturmas Aaradhak participants are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Processing of Cancellation

Once the cancellation request is reviewed and approved:

  • Eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the Refund Policy.

  • The organisation reserves the right to verify registration details before confirming cancellation.

5. Non-Transferability

Registrations are non-transferable unless expressly approved in writing by Mirpur Chaturmas.

6. Modification of Policy

Mirpur Chaturmas reserves the right to amend this Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated terms will be published through official channels.
