By completing registration and making payment, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Registration Fee
A registration fee of ₹3,000 is charged for participation in Mirpur Chaturmas programs, unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be processed according to the following conditions:
Cancellation on or before 31 May 2026:
Participants are eligible to receive a full refund of ₹3,000.
Cancellation after 31 May 2026:
No refunds will be issued.
Chaturmas Aaradhak Registration:
Registration fees for Chaturmas Aaradhak participants are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Refund Request Process
Cancellation requests must be submitted through the official communication channel designated by Mirpur Chaturmas.
The request must include the participant’s name, contact details, and registration information.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable period after confirmation of eligibility. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method or financial institution.
6. Non-Transferability
Registration fees and refunds are non-transferable to other participants unless explicitly approved by the organisation.
7. Changes to Policy
Mirpur Chaturmas reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy when necessary. Updated terms will be published through official channels.
